Bizze Kitchens (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-owned kitchen remodeling company serving San Diego County, California. This policy explains what information we collect through www.bizzekitchens.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Information you give us
We only ask for what we need to quote and schedule your project. Depending on which form you use, that may include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your street address and ZIP code, so we know where the project is and whether it's in our service area
- Project details — the service you're interested in, kitchen size, material preferences, timeline, and budget range
- Your requested appointment date and time
- Any notes or questions you choose to send us
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, or Social Security numbers through this website. Please never send those to us by web form or email.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we may record basic technical information: pages viewed, the site or ad that referred you, general device type, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. We use this to understand which pages are useful and where our enquiries come from. We also record the date, time, and IP address associated with a form submission as a record of the consent you gave.
How we use your information
- To prepare your estimate and respond to your enquiry
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about your in-home consultation
- To carry out and communicate about your project if you hire us
- To follow up about a quote you requested
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to resolve disputes
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make this business run, and only as needed:
- Website hosting and form delivery — the providers that host this site and deliver your form submission to our inbox
- Email and text messaging providers — to send the confirmations, reminders, and updates you asked for
- Financing partners — only if you ask about financing and choose to apply. Those lenders have their own privacy policies and their own application process; we do not make lending decisions
- Professional advisors and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information
Some pages load photographs from a third-party image service, which means your browser contacts that service to fetch the image. That is standard for websites and is not used by us to identify you.
Calls, texts, and email
When you submit a form asking us to contact you, you are giving us permission to reach you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by text message where you opted in — about your enquiry and your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such email or by contacting us directly. Agreeing to marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Cookies
This site uses a small amount of browser storage to keep your session consistent as you move between pages and to attribute enquiries to the campaign or link that brought you here. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some conveniences may not.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and estimate records for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up or answer questions later, and we keep project and contract records for as long as required for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unidentifiable.
How we protect it
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to our systems is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not collect sensitive financial identifiers here, which limits what is ever at risk.
Your California privacy rights
We serve customers in California, and we honor the following requests from California residents regardless of whether we are strictly required to:
- Know — ask what personal information we have collected about you and how we used it
- Delete — ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must legally keep
- Correct — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate
- Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to confirm this with us
- Non-discrimination — we will never give you worse service or pricing for exercising any of these rights
To make a request, email or call us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity — usually by confirming details you already gave us — before we act on it.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on their home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a lender, manufacturer, or other outside site, that site is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one. We would encourage you to read theirs before submitting anything.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than buried.
